We are Samba Fogo, a non-profit Cultural Arts Organization inspired many years ago by the excitement and beauty of Afro-Brazilian Music and Dance. For over a decade we have been studying, performing and teaching along the Wasatch Front and the Western United States.

Our mission is to enrich our community and inspire others through live performances, arts education, classes and workshops.

Live Performances

We can add colorful, carnaval spirit to any event or venue. We perform in a variety of settings, including festivals, clubs, theaters and more throughout the year.

Arts Education

Youth who engage in drumming and dance develop better social skills, self-esteem, fine motor skills, focus, and determination. Samba Fogo engages in arts outreach with many schools and programs in Utah and surrounding states.

We believe a strong connection to community is at the heart of every great performing arts organization. We’re honored to provide an opportunity to learn Brazilian drumming and dance in an inclusive, supportive setting, and to perform at various local community events.
